Rebecca Tilden to Participate in the Inaugural Arkansas Eating Disorder Summit
Dallas Nutritional Counseling is pleased to announce that Rebecca Tilden, MCN, RD, LD, CEDS, will participate as a panelist at the inaugural Arkansas Eating Disorder Summit on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Hosted at McCastlain Hall, the summit will bring together professionals from healthcare, education, athletics, collegiate health, recovery, and community organizations for a day focused on education, collaboration, and advocacy in eating disorder care.
On the Ground in Arkansas
Rebecca will participate in the summit’s “On the Ground in Arkansas” panel discussion, joining eating disorder clinicians, registered dietitians, treatment providers, and community partners to discuss the work being done to support individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
As a registered dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with Dallas Nutritional Counseling, Rebecca brings specialized nutrition expertise and clinical experience to the conversation. Her participation provides an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, share perspectives from the nutrition-care setting, and contribute to a broader discussion about improving eating disorder resources and treatment.
The summit’s educational program will also address topics including eating disorder triage and determining appropriate levels of care, the relationship between trauma and eating disorders, co-occurring substance use and eating disorders, and the important role families can play in treatment and recovery.
Event Details
The Arkansas Eating Disorder Summit will take place Friday, October 23, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at McCastlain Hall, University of Central Arkansas, 201 Donaghey Ave., Conway, AR 72034. The event includes breakfast and lunch, networking opportunities, and four continuing education credits.
