Meet your Trainer Caitlin Gill, CPT
Caitlin graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Psychology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer and Adaptive Group Fitness Instructor. She began her personal training career in 2022 working at Texas Health Fitness Center in Dallas with seniors and elderly clients looking to improve their quality of life. In 2024, Caitlin moved to a training facility in Frisco to work with children through middle aged clients with a variety of fitness goals ranging from quality of life improvement to strength goals. In 2025, Caitlin began her business Mind Meets Muscle Fitness to make fitness accessible to people with a variety of health conditions. After navigating and overcoming her own eating disorder, Caitlin saw the value in bringing a different approach to personal training, one marked by finding the value in exercise outside of the aesthetic benefits. Her training philosophy is that fitness is not a "one size fits all" journey. Each person has differing motives, fitness goals, medical histories, and life experiences that need to be considered when prescribing an exercise program. She is a firm believer in Non-Scale Victories (NSVs) that bring empowerment and confidence into client's lives, and combines intuitive movement, body neutrality, body positivity, and health psychology into her approach to training to help clients become their healthiest (mentally and physically) selves.

Frequently Asked Questions about personal training
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Not at all. This program is designed for real life and real bodies. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, getting back into a routine, or just wanting something new you’ll be met exactly where you are.
What happens during the consultation call?
Your consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about your goals, your lifestyle, and what kind of support you’re looking for. It’s also your chance to ask questions and make sure this feels like the right fit.
What is included in the online assessment?
The assessment helps personalize your experience. You’ll share things like your health history, schedule, preferences, and any injuries or limitations so your program is built specifically for you.
What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
That’s exactly why this process is personalized. Your program will be designed with your body in mind, including any injuries, limitations, or concerns so you can move safely and confidently. Caitlin is an adaptive personal trainer equipped to handle a wide range of injuries and physical limitations.
What are my training options?
You can choose what works best for your lifestyle:
In-home personal training
In-studio sessions
Online coaching
Group training
We’ll walk through all options with you and help you decide what feels right.
What is the associated cost with personal training sessions?
All of our services range between $55 and $200 per session depending on setting (in-person, in-studio, or virtual), length of time (45 minutes or 60 minutes), and how many people (one-on-one, two-on-one, or group). A full price sheet will be provided during the consult call. Don’t let cost deter you, we offer discounts for stacking multiple types of training and you can purchase a package of sessions for more flexible use. You have up to 6 months to use sessions. The $100 deposit for the consult call will be applied to your first invoice.
Do you offer customized exercise programs?
Yes—everything is customized. There are no cookie-cutter workouts here. Your plan is built around your goals, your schedule, and your preferences.
How often will I train?
That depends on your goals, availability, and budget. Some clients train once a week, others multiple times. We’ll recommend a plan that’s realistic and sustainable for you.
What if I have a busy or unpredictable schedule?
Flexibility is built into the process. Between in-home, online, and scheduling options, we’ll find a routine that works with your life, not against it.
Will this help me lose weight?
The focus is on strength, confidence, and overall well-being, not pressure or extremes. Many clients see physical changes, but the goal is sustainable progress that feels good in your body.
Is this a judgment-free environment?
Always. This is a body-positive, supportive space, no shame, no pressure, no unrealistic expectations. You’ll be encouraged, supported, and respected every step of the way.
