New Recipes we are loving right now
As much as I love creating my own dishes, sometimes you just need someone else to give you the idea and do the creative work.
When I feel uninspired by food I do a quick scan of Pinterest for ideas. Sometimes it jump starts my creativity to develop something of my own and sometimes I just make someone else’s recipe. Below are 3 recipes that I have recently created and really enjoyed.

You’re probably frustrated and confused with all the nutrition information available and the latest fads.
There are so many rules, guidelines, and restrictions that you don’t even know what to eat anymore.
Heck, you might even feel anxious every time you eat.
Not to mention the guilt and shame you may experience on a daily basis.
Healthy eating feels out of reach, unrealistic, and with each attempt you end up hating your body more and more.
I totally get it.
I understand what it’s like to live in a society constantly telling you what to eat, how much to eat, and what your body should look like.
That’s where we can help. Partner with one of our Registered Dietitians to simplify your eating.
Eating disorders impact the entire family system, and while so much of the treatment process is focused on the client, the caregivers tend to struggle at home with minimal support. Join Dallas Nutritional Counseling for a two-hour parent workshop, where we will bridge the gap between what the client needs and what the family needs. In this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding of the vital role you play in the recovery process, connect with other families going through the recovery process, and feel more confident in supporting your loved one. We will also be joined by Hila Eyal whose daughter struggled with an eating disorder and now is in recovery. Hila will share their family story of how they navigated the recovery process at the beginning, in the middle, and now ongoing.
