Nutritional Counseling utilizes a one-on-one approach to analyzing your relationship with food. Initial appointments consist of a thorough evaluation of your nutritional habits including diet history, previous experiences with food, body, and weight. Our dietitians will make recommendations based off this information and set up a follow-up appointment. All follow-up appointments will review previous recommendations, provide nutrition support, individualize current guidelines, as well as suggest any further diet or behavior modifications. Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach that allows individuals to create a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body. Intuitive Eating was established by Evelyn Tribole MS, RD and Elyse Resch MS, RDN, and is frequently used in treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. Intuitive Eating is a practical approach to normalizing your relationship with food and freeing yourself from the dieting mentality.
Our practice currently offers various 6-week support groups that rotate. What someone said about our services…
“I sought consultation from Casey in the process of creating a more structured compensation program for my group nutrition therapy private practice. Casey provided feedback in a way that was honest, relatable, direct, and helpful. She showed me how to look at data and numbers when making business decisions, which is incredibly valuable as someone who is not naturally analytical or numbers-focused. 10/10 recommend! “-Emily Murray, RD, LDN, CEDS
