Learn more about dallas personal trainer caitlin gill
Caitlin graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Psychology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer and Adaptive Group Fitness Instructor. She began her personal training career in 2022 working at Texas Health Fitness Center in Dallas with seniors and elderly clients looking to improve their quality of life. In 2024, Caitlin moved to a training facility in Frisco to work with children through middle aged clients with a variety of fitness goals ranging from quality of life improvement to strength goals. In 2025, Caitlin began her business Mind Meets Muscle Fitness to make fitness accessible to people with a variety of health conditions. After navigating and overcoming her own eating disorder, Caitlin saw the value in bringing a different approach to personal training, one marked by finding the value in exercise outside of the aesthetic benefits. Her training philosophy is that fitness is not a "one size fits all" journey. Each person has differing motives, fitness goals, medical histories, and life experiences that need to be considered when prescribing an exercise program. She is a firm believer in Non-Scale Victories (NSVs) that bring empowerment and confidence into client's lives, and combines intuitive movement, body neutrality, body positivity, and health psychology into her approach to training to help clients become their healthiest (mentally and physically) selves.
