Our nutritional counseling package gives you 4 individual 45 minute sessions with one of our expert Registered Dietitians. The ultimate individual and custom experience, the registered dietitian will help you navigate your unique nutrition challenges. Individual sessions also include tools, tips, and strategies to achieve your identified goals.
Once you have purchased this package one of our expert registered dietitians will reach out to you to set up your first session.
