I hope you are having a great Thursday. Take time for yourself today whether that means preparing a home cooked meal tonight, not eating your lunch while working, or even going on a walk in this beautiful weather. Try to eat balanced - carbohydrates, dietary fat, and protein. It makes a world of difference. When you take care of yourself as a whole you tend to feel physically and emotionally better. #dallasnutritionalcounseling
