One Intuitive Eating Tip I share with All My Clients
Starting Intuitive Eating can sometimes be overwhelming.
You’re saying I can eat whatever I what??
After restricting certain foods for as long as you can remember intuitive eating can feel scary.
Intuitive Eating Tip
One thing that may help you with your intuitive eating process is going slow.
During the start of intuitive eating it can be helpful to include 1-2 previously restricted foods at first. After you’ve mastered those 2 foods include two more. Continue this process with all previously restricted foods.
Going “all in” can be helpful for some, but it may help your intuitive eating journey to go slower.

One Intuitive Eating Tip I share with All My Clients - Dallas Nutritional Counseling, Advice from intuitive eating dietitians and disordered eating experts.
Eating disorders impact the entire family system, and while so much of the treatment process is focused on the client, the caregivers tend to struggle at home with minimal support. Join Dallas Nutritional Counseling for a two-hour parent workshop, where we will bridge the gap between what the client needs and what the family needs. In this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding of the vital role you play in the recovery process, connect with other families going through the recovery process, and feel more confident in supporting your loved one. We will also be joined by Hila Eyal whose daughter struggled with an eating disorder and now is in recovery. Hila will share their family story of how they navigated the recovery process at the beginning, in the middle, and now ongoing.
