Intuitive Eating Group Starting Soon

Intuitive Eating Group Starting February 6th

At the start of the year we are hounded with messages about dieting, changing our bodies, and finally creating a “new you”. Instead of starting this year with a diet, kick off 2023 with a 6-week group to heal your relationship with food and your body.

Join registered dietitian and certified eating disorder specialist Megan good in our 6-week virtual Intuitive Eating Group for adults. Megan will guide you through the intuitive eating principles, provide nutrition education, and teach intuitive eating skills while including plenty of time to process and ask questions.

Mondays at 6pm CST virtually via Zoom

February 6th through March 13th

Cost: $399, receive $50 off with early bird registration before January 22nd with code EARLYBIRD. Payment plans are available. If price is a barrier please reach out to our office for a discounted rate.
