I am so excited to announce that I have teamed up with the lovely Angela Prior LCSW, RYT for a fun and creative cooking event right here in Dallas. Come join us for a brunch time get together combining gentle nutrition, mindful eating, and joyful cooking.
Spend a Saturday morning learning to cook a beautiful and deliciously crafted brunch menu, sip on some mocktails (BYOB), gain some gentle nutrition wisdom, finding some zen with mindful eating, and laugh with friends as we all find the joy of cooking.
