Meet Nichole Jagger - Dallas Nutritional Counseling’s Personal Chef

Nichole Jager is a Personal Chef with over a decade of experience in the Hospitality and Catering Industry. Nichole sought to understand the processes of food through working from farm to table, it was the most inspiring part of her culinary experience. Nichole is originally from Colorado where she Graduated from Grand Mesa University with her Degree in Culinary Arts in 2009. Since then, she traveled with her passion for cooking, allowing her to obtain a wealth of knowledge in a variety of cuisines. Nichole moved to Texas in 2019 and started JB Prep Services. As an in-home personal chef Nichole prepares meals for both individuals and families, she accommodates clients personal dietary needs and restrictions, purchases groceries for meals on a weekly or monthly basis, and arranges meals for in-home parties and other events. Nichole is an allergen-aware chef and can adapt to the client requirements. Nichole is SERVSafe Certified and skilled in working with different dietary needs such as Pescatarian, Vegan, Vegetarian, and health conscious eating styles. She delivers a repertoire of both ethnic and classical dishes, and a multitude of self-created recipes. She hopes to utilize her knowledge to educate those around her and improve their lives through the medium of food.

Visit our shop, add custom chef meal plan with preparation to your cart, and check out. You can also fill out our inquiry form or contact us directly to get started. We’ll gather a few quick details about your household, schedule, and what you’re looking for.

Step 2: Complete Your Online family Assessment

Before you meet with Nichole, you’ll fill out a short online assessment so she can understand your specific family needs.

This includes:

  • You goals for utilizing the chef services

  • Lifestyle and schedule

  • Quantity of meals per week

  • Preferences, specific dietary requests, special diets

Step 5: chef prep

Chef Nichole arrives at her scheduled time, prepares, packages, and stores all meals. You will then receive an invoice, which can be paid online.

Step 3: schedule your call with chef nichole

Book your free 30 minute consultation call with Nichole. This is where Nichole will dive deeper into your family questionnaire, ask any further questions, understand family size and schedule, and if there are any health of lifestyle goals. She will also begin discuss menu options.

Step 3: Receive Your Custom Plan

Based on your consultation, our dietitian and chef will design a personalized meal plan tailored to your needs. Our chef will then send over the menu for your final approval and schedule your in home meal preparation.

What exactly is included in the service?

Our service covers everything from start to finish—meal planning by our dietitian and chef, a 30-minute consultation call, travel to and from your home, and full in-home meal preparation. Your meals are prepared, packaged, and ready for you to enjoy.

How does the process work?

We start with a consultation to understand your preferences, dietary needs, schedule, and goals. From there, we create a customized plan and schedule your in-home prep session. You come home to a fridge stocked with ready-to-eat meals.

How often can I book this service?

You can choose what works best for your lifestyle: weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Typically weekly would include all fresh recipes, while biweekly and monthly would include some meals to be frozen and eaten later. You are free to schedule services as often as you need.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Absolutely. Whether you have allergies, specific dietary needs, or personal preferences, everything is fully customized to you and your family.

Can you help with specific health goals?

Yes! Our dietitian-designed plans can support a variety of goals while still focusing on realistic, sustainable eating for your whole household.

Do I need to be home during the cooking session?

Not necessarily. Many clients choose to have us cook while they’re out. We just need access to your kitchen and clear instructions ahead of time.

Do you provide the groceries?

We can do it either way. You’re welcome to shop yourself based on a list our chef will provide or we can take care of the grocery shopping for you for added convenience. Grocery shopping is billed by the hour for the Chef’s time.

Are meals prepared fresh or frozen?

Both options are available. Meals are typically prepared fresh, but we can also include freezer-friendly options so you always have something ready when you need it. We can accommodate whatever works for your family.

How many meals will I receive?

This depends on your household size, preferences, and schedule. We’ll customize the quantity and portions to fit your needs. Our chef can cook for one person, a large family, and everything in between. Our chef can make as few or as many meals per week. During your consultation call you will determine how many meals your family will need.

How is pricing structured?

Our service is billed at a flat rate of $100 per hour. A billable hour includes planning, your consultation call, travel time, and all in-home prep. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

How long does a typical session take?

Most sessions range from a few hours to a half day, depending on how many meals you’d like prepared and the complexity of your menu.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve local Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding cities for in-home services. Reach out to confirm availability in your area.

What if my schedule or needs change?

No problem. We understand life is dynamic—just let us know and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.

How do I get started?

Simply reach out to schedule your consultation. From there, we’ll handle everything and get your first session booked.

If you want, I can also turn this into a more high-end/luxury tone or a more casual, friendly tone depending on your brand voice.

What is the associated cost with personal training sessions?

All of our services range between $55 and $200 per session depending on setting (in-person, in-studio, or virtual), length of time (45 minutes or 60 minutes), and how many people (one-on-one, two-on-one, or group). Don’t let cost deter you, we offer discounts for stacking multiple types of training and you can purchase a package of sessions for more flexible use. You have up to 6 months to use sessions. The $100 deposit for the consult call will be applied to your first invoice.

Do you offer customized programs?

Yes—everything is customized. There are no cookie-cutter workouts here. Your plan is built around your goals, your schedule, and your preferences.

How often will I train?

That depends on your goals, availability, and budget . Some clients train once a week, others multiple times. We’ll recommend a plan that’s realistic and sustainable for you.
