My name is Casey Bonano and I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian. My lifelong goal is battling diet culture, and I have a true passion for helping people improve their nutrition through a realistic and practical approach. After 8 years in the field and in my own private practice, I see that the information provided to most people is, at best, not helpful, and at times downright harmful.
