Dallas Nutritional Counseling Summer Intern
We are excited to introduce our summer intern, Maggie Stroud. In August, Maggie will be completing her master’s degree in clinical nutrition at UT Southwestern and becoming a registered dietitian. She grew up in the Dallas area and received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Dallas Baptist University. She has always been passionate about nutrition and plans to pursue a career in eating disorders. During her time at UT Southwestern, she has had the opportunity to shadow and volunteer for the senior fellow at Remuda Ranch at the Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona and is currently completing her graduate research on the attitudes of mental health professionals towards RDs in the treatment of eating disorders. Please join me in welcoming Maggie to the Dallas Nutritional Counseling team.
